Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain warehouse documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, goods receipts).

· Record and update inventory movements accurately in the system.

· Oversee filing and control of all company documents, including contracts and licenses.

· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

· Prepare reports and support stock checks or audits.

· Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures.

· Perform general administrative duties and support the warehouse team.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

· At least 1 year of relevant working experience.

· Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

· Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).

· Willing to work at Tuas South.
