CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is responsible for Food and Food Services and Business Development in Singapore. we import and wholesale Korean Pre-packed food in Singapore, and It also has a 'Bibigo Kitchen' (Delivery to only Korean Restaurants).

Currently, CJ Group is expanding its footprints worldwide to create a global lifestyle where people can enjoy CJ content, products, and services in their everyday lives. CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is a significant post for expanding business in South East Asia.

DESIGNATION : [CJ SE Asia] B2B Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company's sales targets and growth.
  • Develop, negotiate and execute customised marketing and promotion strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
  • Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
  • Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.
  • Analyse data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in food sales industry.
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course.
  • Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
  • Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
  • Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
  • Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
  • Positive, motivated attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.

OTHER INFORMATION

Annual Leave: 14 days, add 1 day every 2 years capped at 22 days AWS and Variable Bonus (subject to individual and company's performance) provided Group Insurance $400 flexicash per year (for medical claims/health screening/dental)
