Set in 15 acres of lush greenery just minutes from the vibrant Orchard Road shopping belt, the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is a tranquil, sophisticated urban retreat whether travelling for business or leisure. It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.

We are looking for Team Leader (The Line) to join our team

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations during breakfast, lunch, or dinner service

  • Lead and guide the service team to ensure smooth and efficient buffet service

  • Greet and assist guests, manage seating, and handle special requests or feedback

  • Ensure buffet stations, dining areas, and tables are clean, well-stocked, and orderly

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding team to ensure food replenishment and cleanliness

  • Train and support new or junior staff on service standards and procedures

  • Assist in managing staff schedules, attendance, and daily briefings

  • Monitor guest flow and help manage queues during peak periods

Requirement:

  • 2–4 years of F&B experience, preferably in buffet or high-volume restaurant operations
