Job Description

The Creative Director leads multiple accounts and guides creative teams to produce impactful, insight-driven work. This role brings strong partnership to cross-discipline teams, shaping ideas that align with client strategies while fostering an environment where creativity can thrive. The Creative Director is also a key contributor in new business efforts, helping to win pitches through strong storytelling and creative leadership.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead concept development and creative output across assigned brands and new business pitches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate strategic insights into compelling creative ideas
  • Guide, mentor, and develop creative team members to support their growth and performance
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, partnership, and creative excellence
  • Recommend creative solutions that reflect market trends, category knowledge, and brand objectives
Required:
  • Several years of experience in marketing or advertising with demonstrated creative leadership
  • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to synthesize strategic insights into effective, award-winning creative
  • Experience overseeing concept development for brands and pitches
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Understanding of market and product challenges within assigned categories
Desired:
  • Industry award wins or recognition
  • Experience publishing thought leadership pieces in industry press
  • Comfort implementing AI tools to improve creative workflows
  • Strong rapport-building skills and client-facing confidence
  • Working knowledge of relevant clinical or therapeutic areas (for healthcare accounts)
