The company, specializing in the provision of products and services in healthcare, materials, and imaging, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as aClinical Application Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and application training for customers and sales teams.
  • Provide post-installation training and ongoing customer support to ensure optimal product use.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and deliver solutions or additional training as needed.
  • Support pre-sales activities through demos and technical presentations for key projects.
  • Maintain equipment functionality, QC, and image quality at customer sites.
  • Participate in industry events such as roadshows and exhibitions.
  • Train customers on image interpretation and application knowledge.
  • Develop training programs for junior specialists.
  • Gather and respond to customer feedback on image quality and product performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Radiography (Qualified Radiographer)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
