West Singapore METECH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year


• Attend project meetings, site inspections and consultation sessions


• Lead or assist the project team in resolving design-related issues


• Coordinate structural design works with relevant stakeholders, including civil consultants, accredited checkers, architectural/SWC consultants, and the construction team; liaise with authorities when necessary


• Develop and oversee project execution in a safe, timely and sustainable manner


• Ensure that the civil and structural design and construction works comply with all the relevant Statutory acts, Regulations and Engineering Codes of Practice.


• Prepare submissions and clear authorities requirements which will include drawings, design calculations and report writing and other relevant material to meet the submission requirements.


• Perform analysis and design for the project. Analyse/review drawings and conduct on-site investigations


• Prepare, manage and allocate budget


• Assess potential risks, materials and costs


• Supervise construction/fabrication team. Monitor site progress and compile reports in project status


• Plan, design and supervise C&S engineering works (e.g. buildings, roads, drains, sewers, earthworks, temporary structures).


• Design temporary works related to structural design (e.g., scaffolding, falsework, formwork, etc.)


• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and EHS requirements.


• Monitor and ensure the submission schedules are met


• Perform other duties as assigned
