About the role

Sin Hong Hardware Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in the West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring the highest standards of product excellence across our wholesale trading operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures
  2. Assist in conducting regular inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address any quality issues
  3. Analyze data and generate detailed reports to track and monitor quality metrics
  4. Work with all departments to continuously improve processes and eliminate defects
  5. Provide technical guidance and training to staff on quality control best practices
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal quality standards
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or similar role in the industry
  2. Strong technical expertise in quality control methodologies, such as statistical process control, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma
  3. Proficient in the use of quality-related tools and equipment, including inspection devices, measurement instruments, and data analysis software
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality
