Clementi, Singapore U Gateway Pte. Ltd. Full time $24,000 - $48,000 per year

To generate sales revenue from new and existing customers
- To provide excellent after sales support to customers
- Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also collect payment from respective accounts on schedule every month
- Attend to customer's complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably
- Gather market information and customer's feedback to the company
- To solve various issues related to order fulfilment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders
- Establish excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers
- Responsible for customer's service satisfaction
- To aggressively promote new and higher value added products to existing and new customers professionally to achieve sales target
- Assist to handle incoming calls and enquiries
**Requirements**:
- Experience in handling retailers and salons an added advantage
- Proficient in English and multi-Chinese dialects would be an added advantage (to liaise with customers)
- Positive attitude, able to work independently, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract, Permanent
**Salary**: $2, $4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
