Job Summary:

  • Salary details: $2,500 - $3,300

  • Mon to Fri 8:30am – 6:00pm

  • Somerset

  • Key Benefits:

  • 1-month completion bonus upon completion of full year contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent and high-quality customer service through various channels, including hotline, email, and online enquiries.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions across three key segments: Residential, Small Commercial, and Tenants.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new digital initiatives as the company adopts innovative technologies to meet market demands.
  • Support other company activities in alignment with its vision as a leading electricity retailer in Singapore.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience or familiarity with related industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions is a plus.
