About the Roles

We are hiring a Workplace Safety & Health Officer / Safety Health & Security to join our team based in Kaki Bukit. This position offers a 1-year contract (renewable) with a salary package that includes a basic salary and variable bonuses. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining safety, health, and security standards at the workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and security standards.
  • Implement and monitor safety practices and activities, ensuring adherence to laws and site standards (including construction and cleanroom protocols).
  • Promote a safety-first culture across all operations.
  • Manage EHS-related tasks, including daily reports, inspections, safety meetings, and site initiatives.
  • Share EHS findings and data with company stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with client and main-contractor safety personnel.
  • Supervise on-site work of Factory Support Engineers and FSO to ensure safe operations.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) and registration as WSHO (MOM).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety and health, with cleanroom exposure being an advantage.
  • Additional safety and health certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and well-organized with attention to detail and solid presentation skills.
