The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Central-Eastern
  • Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Threat Hunting & Analysis

  • Proactively hunt threats across endpoints, networks, and cloud using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, TAHITI, THMM, Diamond Model and PEAK.

  • Develop hypotheses based on threat intelligence and analyze adversary tactics, malware, and intrusions

  • Tooling & Automation

  • Use and enhance EDR/XDR, SIEM, and hunting tools; build scripts to automate detection and analysis.

  • Apply YARA, IOC, and behavioral analysis for advanced threat detection.

  • Incident Response & Intelligence

  • Investigate and report on security incidents with root cause analysis and remediation plans.

  • Produce and share actionable Cyber Threat Intelligence; contribute to continuous improvement of threat hunting strategies and playbooks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 3 years in cybersecurity, including 1-2 years in threat hunting.
  • Proficient in Windows, Linux, macOS, and tools like SIEM, EDR, and network monitors.
  • Skilled in scripting (Python, PowerShell) with strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Experience with CTI platforms, frameworks, and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SANS GIAC, GCFA, OSCP).
