Working hours: 5 days, 44hours a week.

Responsibilities and duties

• Ambassador for the restaurant in projecting the right brand/vibe

• Taking food & beverage orders from guests

• Serving food & beverage to tables, paying extreme attention to detail

• Satisfying guest requests in a timely manner

• Assessing customer preferences and making food & beverage
recommendations

• Providing a positive, personalised and friendly guest experience

• Balancing cash receipts and tendering guest checks

• Complying with all food and beverage regulations

• Maintaining high attention to sections and tables

• Assisting with turning tables during service, getting ready for the next seating

• Breaking down and resetting of the venue after service, ready for the next
service period

• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for all dietary requirements

• Liaising with bar and kitchen during service for available menu selection

Qualification and Requirements
