Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair works on cranes, hoists, and lifting systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Conduct installation and commissioning of crane and hoist systems at client premises, including setup, alignment, and functional testing.
- Carry out load testing and safety checks on lifting equipment in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on cranes and hoists, providing timely and effective technical solutions.
- Work at height to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and system upgrades in adherence to safety protocols.
- Document all service activities, inspection findings, parts usage, and repair recommendations for reporting and follow-up.
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams on equipment installation, modification, and upgrade works.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition while adhering to all workplace safety and health (WSH) procedures.
Requirements
- Candidate possess with electrical and crane/hoist servicing basic knowledge will be added advantage
- Required to WORK AT HEIGHT
