Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily work activities on site, ensuring tasks are carried out according to plan and schedule.
  • Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to project managers, engineers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyse and resolve operational or site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate and liaise between different work units, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring they meet deadlines, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any safety concerns immediately.
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid hazards and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings / structural & architectural plans.
