Job Requirements & Qualification:
· years' experience in ACTIMIZE solutions: SAM (Suspicious Account Monitoring), CDD, IFM (Integrated Fraud Management)
· Experience in WLF and ActOne / RCM customizations
· Solid business communication skills and stakeholder management skills
· JAVA, PL/SQL
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Analyze AIS, RCM, WLF Issues raised by the L1 team
· Analyze queries raised by the business team
· Perform RCA on the issues in the batch and real time processes
· Coordinate with the Business team and various technical stakeholders for the resolution
· Come up with solutions for fixes and any enhancements
