About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Business & Marketing Assistant who enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll be the link between clients, recruitment, and marketing initiatives, ensuring the business runs smoothly while injecting fresh energy into our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day business operations including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, social media posts, and digital content.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screenings, and follow-ups.
  • Handle client servicing tasks: scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Provide administrative support for events, presentations, and team projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva/social media is a plus.
  • A team player with initiative, resourcefulness, and great communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
