Every day check equipment checklist and update supervisor.
Follow supervisor instruction execute the work
Arrange inspection to client
To Assist and instruct workers to replace the pump inside the inner tank Excellent interpersonal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of the work procedures as you may be required to train other members
Good organizational, leadership and time management skills
To maintain the quality and implement procedures to improve the functioning for better efficiency and productivity
Flexibility is important as you may be required to take on different responsibilities as per the requirements
To assign the workload according to the requirements so that the assigned work is completed within time
To supervise the daily procedures of various departments and or employees and ensure smooth flow of work
To make sure that each and every person follows the rules and regulations of the company
To maintain the quality of work
To act as a bridge for effective communication between the supervisor and the employees
To resolve the queries at the earliest so that the work proceeds without any interruption
To understand the needs of the employees and convey them to the supervisor
To handle the administrative section like preparation of reports, sending emails, allotment of leaves, etc.
Training the new members if the supervisor is busy
