Role Overview

Support and enhance Fixed Income electronic trading systems (eFI) such as ION, ION-Anvil, Bloomberg, and custom Algos. Deliver stable, scalable solutions and provide frontline support for trading and risk platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues for Front/Middle Office, Risk, and Back Office teams using eFI systems.
  • Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams for testing, deployments, and production releases.
  • Ensure system changes meet performance, stability, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute both as a hands-on technical expert and step into leadership when needed.
  • Mentor team members, drive service improvements, and support business continuity plans.
  • Participate in early-morning shifts and on-call/weekend support (SGT timezone).
    Onsite presence required due to business-critical nature of the role.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Capital Markets; 5+ years with ION and Bloomberg platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products (Treasuries, Bonds), trading systems, and market connectivity.
  • Experience across front-to-back trade lifecycle and supporting trading desks (G10, EM).
  • Proficient in Linux (RH), Windows Server, Oracle, MS SQL, Python.
  • Familiar with Solace, MongoDB, ITRS, Autosys, and cloud (Azure).
  • Understanding of Agile, ITIL, SDLC.
    Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred.
