Air 7 Asia is expanding. We're looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to help shape the future of private aviation marketing in Asia.

From private jet charter and aircraft management to air ambulance and lifestyle collaborations, you'll bring creative ideas to life, crafting campaigns that reach UHNWIs, corporations, and discerning travellers who value freedom, privacy, and precision.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that elevate Air 7 Asia's visibility in the business aviation market. This includes digital campaigns, client engagement programs, events, and content creation to drive awareness and leads for private jet charter and management services.

This is a hands-on role that blends creativity, analytics, and aviation industry insight.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Content Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, website, and email to promote charter services, aircraft management, and medical evacuation solutions.
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, newsletters, videos) tailored for business aviation audiences, including UHNWIs, corporate flight departments, and brokers.
    Coordinate with designers, photographers, and media partners to ensure brand consistency.

2. Lead Generation & CRM

  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation through digital ads, online listings, SEO, and partnerships.
  • Track campaign performance and conversion rates via CRM and analytics tools.
    Maintain and update client databases, tracking inquiries and responses efficiently.

3. Event & Partnership Marketing

  • Support participation in regional aviation events such as Corporate Jet Investor Asia, BAAFEX, Singapore Airshow, and other trade shows.
  • Develop partnerships with luxury brands, tourism boards, and lifestyle publications to enhance brand positioning.
    Assist in hosting private events and client experiences at the Air 7 Asia hangar and other venues.

4. Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research on regional operators, aircraft ownership trends, and potential aircraft management clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify marketing opportunities within the private aviation space.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (experience in luxury, travel, or aviation industries preferred).
  • Strong command of English with excellent writing and visual communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media marketing, digital advertising, and CRM tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
