Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently sewing samples and a complete garment with designs or patterns provided.
  • Altering or repairing garments and other articles when necessary, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams.
  • Constructing garments and other articles according to specifications.
  • Inspecting garments and ensuring that garments are in good condition.
  • Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order.
  • Carry out all other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Proven sewing experience.
  • Able to perform good sewing and alteration techniques
  • Able to operate sewing equipment
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities timely and efficiently in accordance to company procedures.
