About Apex Gifts and Prints:

Apex Gifts and Prints is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in Corporate Gifting and Printing. We take pride in our commitment to excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction. ,We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to expand our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling in-bound sales enquiries
  • Processing sales order
  • Manage negotiations with customers
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Work with internal and external partners
Qualifications:
  • Academic Qualification not relevant.
  • Handle day-to-day communications with customers and suppliers in both Chinese and English, including emails, phone calls, and etc.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both typing and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
