The Shift Planner is responsible to the Manager (Maintenance Planning) & AO (Dynamic Planning) for the following:
- Planning and monitoring of work input given by Customer or FTM through Line Maintenance Tracking Chart (LMTC) or LM Matrix.
- Monitoring and maintaining of Daily Work Schedule (DWS) and Workplan (WP) for all planned tasks including Work Orders (WO) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Facilitation of daily tasks assignment at Line Maintenance Division through Production Input Meeting (PIM).
- Coordinate with various operation sections at Line Maintenance Division for tasks acceptance and execution.
- Monitoring and updating of various production reports (ADSI report; Report J) including Preservation reporting.
- Ensure timely updating of all reports to accountable stakeholders.
- Any other roles and duties as assigned to him/her.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
- Team player with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, having some experience working with Microsoft Excel and using simple formulas, filtering, sorting would be advantageous)
- Some SAP knowledge will be advantageous
- Related working experience in aircraft hangar work environment would be advantageous
- Ability to appropriately engage with customer (primarily via emails and phone calls)
- Ability to adhere to timelines and milestones
