Assistant Restaurant Manager

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at our shop in Novena Central Region. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing all front-of-house operations and customer service
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the restaurant
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to meet customer demand
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the training and development of front-of-house staff
- Support the Operation Manager in implementing effective policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years' experience in a restaurant operation
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong numerical and administrative skills, with experience in inventory management and scheduling
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
