Job scope:

  • Design and develop curriculum and performance objectives

  • Utilize diverse teaching techniques to ensure effective student retention

  • Provide individualized instruction with an emphasis on safety

  • Teach all course content comprehensively and accurately, connecting lessons to career opportunities and employer expectations

  • Maintain excellent communication and build rapport with adult learners

  • Foster a positive and effective learning environment

  • Attend and conduct classes as scheduled

  • Work flexible hours for instruction as necessary

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma.

  • Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience.

  • Holds a valid ACLP certification.

  • Prior experience in training is preferred.

  • Hybrid work arrangement (combination of in-class and remote training).

  • Immediate start date.
