Job Purpose:

To ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all bowling alley machinery and equipment, supporting smooth daily activities, leagues, and tournaments, while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  1. Perform daily, weekly, and scheduled preventive maintenance on bowling machines, including pinspotters, ball return systems, scoring devices, and lanes.

  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Operational Support

  1. Ensuring all bowling operations run efficiently.

  2. Provide on-site assistance during leagues, corporate events, and tournaments to resolve issues as they arise.

Administrative Duties

  1. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair logs, and equipment inventory.

Others

  1. Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace and equipment handling standards.

  2. Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.

  3. Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.

  4. Any other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· 'N" or "O' Level
