Colour Matcher

Location: Neythal Road, Jurong

• Maintain, operate, and manage machine (Basic task)

• Utilize software and digital tools to assist in colour matching and formulation processes.

• Quality control: Perform colour consistency checks at various stages of production to ensure that paint products meet quality standards.

• Documentation: Keep detailed records of colour formulations, adjustments, and quality control items.

• Maintain records from manufacturing and OEM (COA, samples, etc.)

• Assist in inventory control of colorants and supplies necessary for colour matching.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, Ideally serviced based operation experience

• Secondary education or higher Knowledge/Skills/Others

• Able to handle both water borne and solvent borne products

• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (35kg) and perform repetitive tasks.

• Ability to work unsupervised and make reasoned decisions.

• Computer literate includes MS Office applications a bonus.

• Strong work ethics and reliability

• Willingness to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexible to work overtime including weekends, if required
