Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally through WhatsApp, online chat, calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide clear information on class schedules, workshop details, pricing, and booking procedures.
  • Assist customers of all ages—children to adults—by guiding them through registration, bookings, and general enquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming environment through friendly and engaging customer service.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing materials, coordinating class setups, and managing session schedules.
  • Support online class bookings and update customer records accurately.
  • Perform store administrative duties including stock control, inventory management, and general maintenance to ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Required to work on weekends based on store and event needs.
  • Manage cash and electronic payments accurately and follow standard procedures for opening and closing the store.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting birthday workshops, events, and team activities.
  • Carry out other administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: assist in opening and closing the store as per schedule.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.

Requirements

  • Entry Level Candidates are welcome
  • Minimum GCE N/O Levels (Diploma/Certificate in Art or equivalent is a plus)
  • Experience in pottery or other art forms is a plus (On-site training will be provided for those who are interested but have no prior experience)
  • Keen to learn, patient, and interested in art/craft
  • Good communication and interaction skills, fluent in English
  • Responsible and takes initiative
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Comfortable working with children from age 3 and above
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work till 9pm for at least 2-3 days per week (Negotiable)

Job Types: Full-time

Full Time Salary: $1,900 - $2,600

8 hours work shift

5.5 days work week
