Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, liaison with other departments and filing of documents.
  • Attend to enquiries on laboratory services and laboratory results.
  • Attend to courier and delivery personnel for proper hand-over, take-over of specimens and laboratory items.
  • Sort specimen received from external parties, and perform registration, ordering of laboratory tests, and billing in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
  • Perform manual entry of laboratory results, including histopathology reports in LIS.
  • Manage the sending of laboratory reports and bills to external parties.
  • Check correctness of invoices and submit for payment approval.
  • Generate and submit laboratory statistical data.
  • Forward claims for petty cash, reimbursements, and other claims.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attending skills, typing and computer skills. Possess a non judgmental attitude.
