A degree or diploma from an accredited institution in social media or digital communications, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years' experience in social media, digital or content marketing, or a similar professional field. Experience in hospitality marketing is preferred.


JOB SCOPE

Social Media Management & Community Engagement


• Plan, manage, and execute the hotel's social media content calendar, ensuring timely publication of engaging and on-brand content across all local digital and social media channels (e.g., hotel website, travel platforms).

• Support the creation and publishing of content that drives awareness, engagement, and bookings.

• Assist in developing and delivering digital campaigns for F&B, weddings, rooms, and events.

• Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by identifying guest feedback on social platforms and responding appropriately.

• Produce short-form video content such as Instagram Reels and Stories to highlight unique hotel experiences.

• Collaborate with F&B, Events, and Operations teams to enhance promotions and generate incremental revenue via social channels.


Creative Content & Brand Storytelling


• Develop engaging visual content, graphics, photography, and video assets for hotel promotions across all digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency and high visual standards.

• Design marketing materials for F&B venues, weddings, events, and room promotions aimed at driving engagement and bookings.

• Coordinate photoshoots with photographers, agencies, and internal teams to build and maintain a strong visual asset library.

• Maintain well-organised archives of all visual materials, including photos, videos, and design files.


• Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and complies with the Brand Standard Audit (BSA).


Public Relations


• Plan and conduct hotel tours, experiences, and media visits to showcase property highlights, F&B offerings, and unique guest experiences.

• Prepare press materials, media kits, and briefing documents to support public relations initiatives and media outreach.


General Responsibilities


• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all communication and marketing activities.

• Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant Director.
