Our General Health Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a hybrid team of operation and healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere 's medical operations including Online & Offline GP services, mobile clinic, health screening and radiology services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive, Virtual Care who will be responsible for operational and administrative requirements for our Virtual Care team, taking care of all aspects of remote care and medication delivery in our General Health Services Team. This will predominantly be an operational role.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity or change, especially in a start-up environment.

This role reports directly to the Manager, Virtual Care.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Front End
  • Be a role model to the operations team, leading them in maintaining medication fulfilment delivery standards and punctuality as well as enforcing operational discipline
  • Ensure effective lines of communication and working relationships with adjacent operational units to achieve common objectives
  • Carry out measures to reduce error rates and improve the quality of our service
  • Assist in and supervise the training of new hires, as well as carry out and optimize the on-the-job training program
  • Take care of the well-being and morale of the operations team
  • Embrace improvements and changes in operational processes and drive the team to adapt swiftly
  • Assist in manpower planning and organization
  • Assist the manager in making operational decisions for the team to resolve day-to-day operational matters, including managing 3rd party vendors
• Back End
  • Use data-driven methods and tech-led processes to manage inventory
  • Assist the manager in facility and equipment management
  • Review and improve workplace standard operating procedures and protocols
  • Identify areas of improvement and strengthen the team's foundation for operational adaptability to changes
  • Lead improvement projects to optimize the team's metrics and performance in all tangible and intangible aspects and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with other operational or administrative arms of DA in cross-department projects
  • Assist the manager in managing internal and external stakeholders for the team's success
  • Carrying out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
    
    

About you

• Diploma and above in Pharmaceutical Science, Healthcare Operations or Logistics, or in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience working in a      healthcare operational setting, retail or online pharmacy, or relevant industry. Experienced Pharmacy technicians would be ideal candidates.
• Eye for detail and a strong sense of duty and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Adept in using IT programs: MS Office, Google Suite etc
• You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• Able to engage with stakeholders in a corporate environment with professionalism
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper-growth environment would be a bonus
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and workflows, clinic management systems or delivery logistics are also a bonus
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we're not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
