**Your skills and experience**
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server and have SQL script development skills, experienced in data management
- Good Knowledge of Google solution (Google Cloud, BigQuery, Google Analytics) and Microsoft solution (PowerBI, SSAS)
- Excellent technical skills - good understanding on data analysis and integration
- Good communication skills - Good spoken English required
- Willing to manage many different sub-projects at the same time
- Willing to work in a multi-brands and dynamic organization
**Qualifications** Your day-to-day role**
- Work as 1st level support to follow-up all BI / POS / CRM data enquiries & issues from Central Head office and Asian Pacific teams - single point of contact for support
- Coordinate and communicate with all teams for issues resolution, e.g. Central/Regional/Local IS, Infrastructure, External vendors, to follow up with all related issues in different systems
- Lead the efforts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within Front Office systems, including POS, CRM, eCommerce, and Digital Tools.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and protocols, monitoring and resolving data quality issues in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to design and implement data integration processes between Front Office systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Perform data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize customer experience and business operations.
- Create and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with relevant and timely information.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and data providers to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and support to front-office staff on data entry, maintenance, and utilization best practices.
