Company Introduction

Our company is headquartered in Tianjin, China. Our flagship education program was established in 1999, and over the past two decades, it has expanded to nearly 1,000 cities and counties across 31 provinces in China, providing high-quality Chinese language education to more than 200,000 students.

In 2022, we established our overseas branch in Singapore. We currently operate two campuses located in Kallang and Jurong East, offering Chinese language courses and a variety of Chinese cultural enrichment activities for students aged 6 to 14.

Employees enjoy two days off per week and 2–3 periods of paid leave each year (winter break, summer break, and Chinese New Year break).

岗位职责:

1. 利用多渠道吸引并维护潜在客户,确保生源持续增长;

2. 为到访家长介绍课程,解答家长疑虑;

3. 安排试听课,跟进试听反馈并促成最终报名;

4. 与家长和孩子建立良好的关系,解决家长和孩子的问题,提升满意度;

5. 团队合作,共同组织策划学生活动。

任职要求:

1. 新加坡公民或永久居民优先;

2. 新加坡本地大学毕业,大专及以上学历,具备招生经验或市场营销相关专业背景,有营销能力,强招生能力,可承受业绩压力,能够独立负责线下招生工作;

3. 熟悉新加坡小学及中学教育升学体系;

4. 相貌端庄,性格开朗,举止得体,双语能力(英文与华文),具备优秀的沟通和表达能力;

5. 热爱教育事业,责任心强,具备良好的协调与组织能力,工作主动积极,能够承受一定的工作压力。

Position: Full-time Course Consultant (Suggested Salary: SGD)

Responsibilities:

● Attract and maintain potential customers through multiple channels to ensure steady student enrollment growth.

● Provide professional course consultations to visiting parents and address their questions.

● Arrange and follow up on trial classes, securing successful enrollments.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students, resolving concerns and enhancing satisfaction.

● Collaborate with the team to plan and organize student activities.

Requirements:

● Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

● Diploma or above from a local Singapore institution.

● Prior experience in student recruitment or marketing is strongly preferred. Must have strong sales and marketing ability, proven recruitment skills, and the ability to work under performance targets. Able to independently manage offline student recruitment.

● Familiar with Singapore's primary and secondary school education system.

● Well-presented, cheerful, and professional. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Passionate about education, responsible, proactive, with strong organizational and coordination skills, and able to work under pressure.
