Singapore ACE WATER PTE. LTD. Full time $24,000 - $72,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring, controlling, and optimizing water treatment processes such as filtration, disinfection, and sludge handling.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of plant equipment including pumps, valves, motors, and chemical dosing systems.
  • Collect, review, and analyze process and laboratory data to identify trends or performance issues.
  • Prepare technical reports, logs, and documentation related to plant operations, maintenance, and performance.
  • Assist in planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements, energy-saving initiatives, and automation upgrades.
  • Ensure all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support plant commissioning, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers on repair works or system upgrades.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to operators and technicians when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in water or wastewater treatment operations, maintenance, or engineering.
  • Skills:
  • Good understanding of water treatment principles and process control.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, instrumentation, and data logging.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
