P-Serv is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Processing Officers. Join the team in ensuring Singapore's transport network runs smoothly by accurately reviewing applications, verifying information, and maintaining efficient processing operations.

Working Hours / Location

  • 2 days work, 2 days off
  • Day shift: 9am to 9pm (with 2 hours break)
  • Night shift: 9pm to 9am (with 2 hours break)
  • Shift Pattern: Day Day Off Off Night Night Off Off (Rotate)
  • Thomson-Sing Ming Ave; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Leader in daily operations at the processing site
  • Process applications efficiently and accurately within stipulated timelines
  • Verify and encode approved applications, ensuring all details are correct
  • Review and rectify incorrectly rejected applications as needed
  • Assist with data entry and the compilation of documents, statistics, and reports
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines, and official instructions at all times
  • Ensure proper system log-out at the end of each shift

Job Requirement

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in administrative, processing, or data verification work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible and able to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and following established procedures
