Job Responsibilities

As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development Support - Collaborate with the Head of Department and Section Heads to identify new business opportunities by gathering market intelligence and promoting our services effectively.
  • Client Acquisition & Market Expansion - Proactively grow our customer base and enhance market share through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
  • Sales & Marketing Execution - Manage sales activities, prepare quotations, and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach - Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to introduce our testing services to relevant industries and clients, with the goal of securing new projects and meeting departmental revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting - Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions. Provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance - Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all client interactions and documentation.
  • Ad-Hoc Assignments - Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor to support departmental needs.
Job Requirements

We're looking for a driven and resourceful individual who meets the following criteria:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, corporate sales, or marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 Driver's Licence is preferred.
  • Preferably Junior Executives with a passion for growth and client engagement.
