What the role is

You are responsible to oversee the daily operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for all test-takers.

What you will be working on

  • Coordinate, schedule and administer participants from different requesting agencies for the conduct of the Cyber Competence Selection Test
  • Schedule and manage recurring maintenance for the IT systems of the Assessment Centre, and all supporting infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issue and maintain the Centre's functionality
  • Supervise a senior executive
    Challenge(s)
  • Managing higher workloads during peak periods in school holiday periods
  • Handling unexpected technical failures and ensuring operations can be resumed in the shortest time

What we are looking for

  • Education in Information Technology (IT) related fields
  • Preferably at least three years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role with similar setting
  • Basic IT networking knowledge
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative and adaptability
    Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
