Role and Responsibilities
A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in store design planning, including layout, equipment selection, and renovation supervision
- Establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
- Develop opening marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Recruit and train the initial team, including designing training programs
- Fully manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profit margins
- Manage customer relationships, handle feedback and complaints
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirement
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents Only
- Diploma or higher; majors in Business Management or F&B related fields preferred
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in F&B or retail; new store launch experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, reading and writing skills in both Mandarin and English (to engage with a diverse team and customer base)
- Familiarity with the Singapore F&B market and consumer habits
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle the pressures of a startup environment and work flexible hours
- Experience in fast food or bakery products is an advantage
