Location: Tuas – West Region

1-year contract (renewable)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to play a key part in ensuring smooth production flow, coordinating schedules, resolving delays, and driving customer satisfaction through timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer order backlog and plan and schedule the production flow to meet delivery commitments.
  • Issue production orders and coordinate daily production operations based on material availability and capacity.
  • Work closely with the material replenishment team to resolve component shortages, reduce delays, and improve on-time delivery (OTD).
  • Address and resolve production issues to maintain output and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with the front office and teams to manage delivery issues and customer requests.
  • Communicate special customer requirements with the production teams to ensure alignment on delivery goals.
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports, production status and improvement actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Min 1 year experience in manufacturing/supply chain coordination or production planning role.
  • Good communication skills and a cross-functional team player
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to meeting delivery targets.
  • Proficiency in SAP/ ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
