Quantity Surveyor

• 5 days work week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Location: Geylang (walking distance from MRT station)
• No experience is welcome to apply On the job training is provided

Our client is a local interiors designer and builds company for corporate offices, retail premises and hospitality establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors
• Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order etc
• Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Client and Consultants
• Evaluation of subcontractor's progress claims, variation claim and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement
• Monitoring of subcontractors' work progress and schedule
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant industry
• Prefers 2-3 years of experience, candidate without experience are welcomed to apply
• Portfolio required
