Membership Recruitment and Organizing

  • Plan, manage and execute campaigns / roadshows to acquire union members
  • Collate and analyse membership data to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and drive best practices.
  • Conduct environmental scan for new companies to organise and follow up with organising activities

Membership Retention

  • Plan and execute retention campaigns / programs to reduce member attrition
  • Maintain regular contact and gather feedback from members to improve services and programs

Gift Procurement

·       Oversee the procurement and distribution of membership gifts

·       Ensure timeliness of the entire process which will include gift selection, vendor selection and interactions, doing up and managing the timeline for distribution to members

Events Organizing & Others

  • Organize and execute membership promotion activities and union social events to expand the membership base for the union, as well as enhance the value of membership for union members
  • Handle and resolve membership-related enquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up to date membership records in the database

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management or related discipline with relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in project planning and events management
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal, communications and writing skills
  • Strong team player and prepared to take the lead in planning/execution of projects
  • Resourceful and service oriented in interactions with members; Ability to write and speak in another language other than English will be advantageous
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a valid Driving License (Class 3) as there will be requirement to drive the union vehicle
