Main Duties and Responsibilities
Our Guest Relations Officers play a pivotal role in upholding Banyan Tree's unparalleled standards of service and excellence. As our brand ambassadors, they will deliver our signature service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable, comfortable and exquisite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist with smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide guests with information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
- Ensure treehouses are clean, well-maintained, and properly prepared for guests.
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote additional services and activities available onsite.
- Maintain safety and security standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a property of similar standing.
Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Hospitality Management, or a related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
