Senior Corporate Secretarial

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for both local and international clients.

  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.

  • Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other corporate documentation.

  • Maintain and update statutory registers and records.

  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on corporate secretarial and governance matters.

  • Support corporate governance advisory work, including listed company compliance and best-practice recommendations.

Requirements:

  • ICSA qualified, or university/polytechnic graduates currently pursuing the ICSA qualification.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to listed company compliance.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore corporate regulations and governance frameworks.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional client-facing approach.

  • Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
