Senior Corporate Secretarial
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for both local and international clients. 
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines. 
- Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other corporate documentation. 
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records. 
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on corporate secretarial and governance matters. 
- Support corporate governance advisory work, including listed company compliance and best-practice recommendations. 
Requirements:
- ICSA qualified, or university/polytechnic graduates currently pursuing the ICSA qualification. 
- Minimum 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to listed company compliance. 
- Strong understanding of Singapore corporate regulations and governance frameworks. 
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional client-facing approach. 
- Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
