Senior Corporate Secretarial
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters for both local and international clients.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and ACRA guidelines.
Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, annual returns, and other corporate documentation.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on corporate secretarial and governance matters.
Support corporate governance advisory work, including listed company compliance and best-practice recommendations.
Requirements:
ICSA qualified, or university/polytechnic graduates currently pursuing the ICSA qualification.
Minimum 4 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to listed company compliance.
Strong understanding of Singapore corporate regulations and governance frameworks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional client-facing approach.
Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
