  • Liaise with Consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion of projects
  • Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects for submission with target dates
  • Manage projects to meet the time, cost and quality objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during the course of the construction of projects
  • Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, preparation and evaluations to as part of the team
  • QA/QC of engineering documentation
  • Liaison with clients, project managers, architects, contractors
  • Assist in resolving any technical problems
  • Equipment / Material Submission preparation to Client
  • Managing the planning and design stages of projects
  • Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs
  • Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections
  • Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager
  • Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Where required, performing tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget
  • Documenting processes and keeping detailed logs
  • Presentingproject progress updates to clients and senior managers
  • Preparation of site completion documents for submission
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in construction industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Salary will commensurate with experience
