Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations
  • Monitor site progress, identify key activities, and expedite workflows to achieve project targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties, including consultants and subcontractors/suppliers, ensuring flawless project execution
  • Deliver projects according to the agreed timeline, scope, and budget constraints
  • Execute projects in compliance with approved plans, drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage resource availability and allocation effectively
  • Develop detailed plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage and adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using proper verification methods
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize potential project risks
  • Evaluate project performance using suitable tools and techniques.
  • Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handle all construction site-related matters, including safety and regulatory compliance
  • Provide regular project updates to management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Project Management/Building, recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control for application of Resident Engineer
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience as a Contractor, including previous roles as a Project Manager
  • Min. 5 years of experience in managing design and construction of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height or projects of similar scale and complexity
