Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Cover both photography and videography during our Donor Appreciation Event on 21 September (6 PM – 10 PM).
  • Capture high-quality event photos (posed, candid, group shots) and key video highlights (e.g., speeches, performances, guest interactions).
  • Provide a live video feed for side screens during key moments (e.g., speeches, performances) and short live social media snippets.
  • Provide a 2–3 minute highlight video plus edited photos.
  • Attend a pre-event briefing on 20 September to align on the event schedule, style, and key moments to capture.
  • Ensure visuals reflect Project SMILE's warm, community-driven ethos.

What We're Looking For

  • Skilled in operating cameras for both live feed and recorded content simultaneously.
  • Owns professional equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, stabilizers, microphones).
  • Skilled in editing both photos and short highlight videos.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Professional and approachable during live events.

  • Deliverables:
  • 100–150 edited photos (high resolution)
