We're seeking for dynamic Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across our insurance products. You'll be the voice behind our campaigns—strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts that resonate with both corporate and retail audiences.

Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels

  • Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and performance analytics

  • Create compelling content for brochures, newsletters, press releases, and web assets

  • Coordinate with external agencies for design, media buying, and PR initiatives

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy

  • Support brand-building efforts through sponsorships, partnerships, and community outreach

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a Local diploma, or a

Bachelor's Degree in either marketing or communication

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within advertising, insurance, or finance

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools is a plus

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
