Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to support our Managing Director and assist in office administration. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, contribute to HR functions, and assist in maintaining our corporate social media presence.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative services to the Managing Director.

Assist in the preparation and submission of tender contracts.

Manage and submit expense claims in a timely and accurate manner.

Support the HR team with general administrative duties.

Maintain proper filing systems and oversee general office housekeeping.

Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).

Coordinate restaurant reservations and related arrangements.

Prepare meeting agendas and presentation slides as required.

Record and transcribe minutes for all meetings.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in this role are welcome to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation skills are a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Knowledge of Canva or other design tools will be an added advantage.

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work closely with different departments and senior management.
