Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists during procedures by providing necessary tools and materials promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, patient records, and inventory management.
  • Engage with patients, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing their needs.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of patient care and service.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in dental assisting or relevant field.
  • Experience in a dental practice is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with dental software is a plus.
