Responsibilties

  • Develop, maintain, and improve business continuity plans (BCP) and conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Coordinate and execute recovery drills and regular testing of BCPs.
  • Identify and assess operational risks and emerging threats to ensure resilience.
  • Collaborate with IT, security teams, and other departments to align continuity strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage incident communications.
  • Coordinate continuity planning and communication between branches and Head Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree withmin. 3-5 years working experience in a bank or a financial institution
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of ITIL best practices
  • Proven experience in leading incident response efforts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with supporting Desktop End User Services, Infrastructure, Banking Applications and Operations.
