Overview: Are you a hands-on, technical expert with a passion for lighting control systems? Join our team as a Lutron Technician, where you will install, service, and troubleshoot Lutron systems for both residential and commercial clients. As a vital part of our field team, you'll have the opportunity to apply your skills in an exciting, fast-paced work environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Lutron lighting control systems, including GRAFIK, HomeWorks, Quantum, and Athena.
  • Perform system maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
  • Work closely with project engineers and designers to ensure installations are carried out efficiently and to specification.
  • Provide on-site training to clients on how to operate their Lutron systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and assist in system documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest Lutron products and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or certification in electrical, low voltage, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Lutron systems and related technology (GRAFIK, HomeWorks, Quantum, and Athena).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.
